• All domain names remain the property of Enlightener Web Designs unless purchased separately.
• Enlightener Web Designs' standard package does not include any transfer/admin fees charged by your existing ISP, or any webpage design fees charged by your previous website designers when transferring domain names or websites to Enlightener Web Designs.

• The copyright for the content of a website remains with the client.
• The copyright for the design of a website remains with Enlightener Web Designs.
